After President Xi Jinping hosted a dinner for Kuomintang honorary chairman Lien Chan and his delegation, two restaurants in Shaanxi province have launched a "Xi-Lien set meal" at a price of 58 yuan.
"The fact that the national leader treated his guests to Shaanxi snacks encourages us to promote Shaanxi cuisine," said Song Wenjing, general manager of one of the restaurants that serve the special meal.
