铁杆霉粉都知道，霉霉是个资深的猫奴，家里还养了三只超级萌的喵星人：Meredit、Olivia还有Benjamin Button。
这三只猫咪不光在家中享受着猫主子的待遇，也常常在霉霉的各种MV和歌词中出现，可以说是真·猫生赢家了~

没错，霉霉参演的就是由这部经典音乐剧《猫》改编而成的电影。
在片中，霉霉饰演美丽“红母猫”邦贝鲁琳娜 (Bombalurina)。邦贝鲁琳娜是剧中主要的女性角色之一，母猫的首领，在唱段《神秘的猫麦卡维提》中有一段著名的独唱。
Now she’ll be taking her feline fanaticism to a new level, starring as — you guessed it — a cat in Tom Hooper’s upcoming Cats film.
Swift has signed on as Bombalurina, a female cat who appears throughout the musical. (Her biggest number is the jazzy “Macavity,” and ode to Elba’s mysterious villain.)

Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Broadway musical is getting the big-screen treatment, and the star-studded cast includes Jennifer Hudson as Grizabella, Judi Dench as Old Deuteronomy, Ian McKellen as Gus the Theater Cat, James Corden as Bustopher Jones, Idris Elba as Macavity, Rebel Wilson as Jennyanydots, and Jason Derulo as the Rum Tum Tugger.

《猫》是伦敦西区和百老汇驻演时间最长的音乐剧之一。 自1981年在英国新伦敦剧院首演以来，它便不断创造历史，在伦敦西区上演21年，近9000场。在百老汇上演也有18年，两个版本还都曾获得格莱美奖。

CATS, one of the longest-running shows in West End and Broadway history, received its world premiere at the New London Theatre in 1981 where it played for 21 record-breaking years and almost 9,000 performances. The ground-breaking production was the winner of the Olivier and Evening Standard Awards for Best Musical. In 1983 the Broadway production became the recipient of seven Tony awards including Best Musical, and ran for 18 years. Both the original London and Broadway cast recordings won Grammy Awards for Best Cast Album.
Since its world premiere, CATS has been presented in over 30 countries, has been translated into 15 languages and has been seen by more than 73 million people worldwide.
那么，这部“猫咪”神剧具体讲述了一个什么样的故事呢？简单说来，这就是一部充满各式各样萌猫的剧~
《猫》的故事来源于美国作家T·S·艾略特所著的诗集《老负鼠讲讲世上的猫》(Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats)，后被“爵爷”改编成了音乐剧，搬上了世界舞台。
原本诗集是艾略特专门写给他教子的，所以原著故事也都充满童趣，讲述了一只只奇特猫咪的冒险故事。
Cats (1981) is a work by one of the most successful musical composers, Briton Andrew Lloyd Webber. He set to music to a book of children’s poems by Anglo-American author TS Eliot called Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats. The poems were written by Eliot as an entertainment for his godchildren. They are all about the adventures of oddly named cats, such as “Macavity: the Mystery Cat” and “Skimbleshanks: the Railway Cat”.
在音乐剧《猫》中，猫咪们都来自杰里科猫家族。在某一个特别的夜晚，杰里科猫家族会举行一年一度的舞会，选出谁将前往九重天获得重生。观众们会在剧中看到形形色色的杰里科猫，每一只猫都有自己专属的歌曲和舞蹈。
在杰里科猫家族中，有一只重生多次的“领袖猫”老杜特罗内米，每年都会由德高望重的他来决定哪只猫将前往九重天获得重生。
In Cats the animals make up a tribe known as the Jellicles. Over the evening in the theater, the cats will find out which among them will go to the Heaviside Layer, where the chosen cat will get a second life. The audience is introduced to the various cats that make up the Jellicles tribe. Each cat, or cat group, has a song and a dance to go with it.
The cats have a leader, an elder named Old Deuteronomy. He is respected because he has lived many lives and has had nine or perhaps more wives. It is Deuteronomy that will decide who, this year, will ascend to the Heaviside Layer.
在猫咪们争取重生机会的过程中，发生了许多事。比如“神秘猫”麦卡维提给杰里科猫家族带来了不少麻烦，甚至在逃跑的时候弄灭了所有的灯，将所有的猫和现场观众都置于了一片黑暗之中。
最后，杰里科猫们只得找来“魔术猫”密斯托弗里先生，修好电灯。
The musical is full of incident, but the most entertaining part of the show is probably the scene in the second act involving Macavity. Macavity is a troublemaker, and the other cats find it difficult to deal with him. To escape the other cats Macavity turns out the theater lights, leaving both cats and audience in the dark. They have to call in a cat called Mr Mistoffelees, a magician, to restore the lighting.
而《猫》中的高潮部分则是“领袖猫”决定哪一只杰里科猫获得重生的时刻。就在这时，“魅力猫”格利泽贝拉唱起了全剧那首最经典的歌曲《回忆》（Memory）。
她年轻时曾是猫族中最美丽的猫，却厌倦了猫族的生活到外面闯荡，但尝尽了世态炎凉，再回来时已丑陋无比。猫族并不愿意接纳她，然而，一曲感人至深的《回忆》平息了所有猫咪对她的敌意，最终“领袖猫”选择了她。
But which cat is allowed to go the Heaviside Layer and gain another life? It turns out to be a cat who is shunned by the others but is nevertheless an audience favorite: Grizabella cat. She is old and grey and doesn’t look as if she has much life left in her. It is Grizabella who sings the most famous song from the musical, Memory, a sad song about an aged cat who now has nothing but her memories.
在今年的6月7日至10月13日期间，世界经典原版音乐剧《猫》将在中国10座城市展开巡演。而在这次官宣的卡司阵容中，“魅力猫”的选角令人格外期待~
她就是荷兰籍华裔音乐剧演员徐丽东，也是在音乐剧《猫》中首位饰演“魅力猫”的华裔面孔。
徐丽东可以说是世界音乐剧舞台上最亮眼的华裔演员之一，拥有丰富的海外音乐剧演出经历，她是百老汇制作的荷兰与瑞典版《西贡小姐》的主角Kim，也是荷兰版的《吉屋出租》Mimi、瑞典版《长靴皇后》的Nicola，也曾出演过英国国家剧院的作品《这里有爱》。
2017年中文版《变身怪医》与郑云龙、刘令飞的搭档巡演，让更多的国内观众见识到了她作为一名专业音乐剧人的素养。
Li-Tong Hsu was the first and only Chinese musical theatre performer to play the role of Kim in productions of Miss Saigon in Europe in multiple languages. She has also played the roles of Gigi and Ellen. Her other credits include Mimi in Rent (Amsterdam), Virilla in The Frogs (London), Nicola in Kinky Boots (Sweden) and Aurora Aquino in Here Lies Love (National Theatre London).
She has also gained success in the Chinese musical industry, playing Lucy in Jekyll & Hyde, followed by lead roles in the original Chinese productions of Rock of Ages and Murder Ballad.
7月2日-7月14日，徐丽东跟随《猫》剧组来到北京进行巡演，世纪君也借此机会与徐丽东小姐姐见了面，和她用英文聊了聊“魅力猫”这个角色~
在采访过程中，世纪君也和丽东小姐姐聊到了她的成长经历。从小，丽东小姐姐就很喜欢音乐，小时候就爱对着镜子唱歌。而在学校出演音乐剧的经历更是让她萌生了对于音乐剧的热爱，从而走上了音乐剧演员之路。
由于教育背景以及在多国的工作经历，丽东小姐姐据称能用6种语言演唱音乐剧（英语、法语、德语、荷兰语、瑞典语、普通话），在采访中，小姐姐也分享了自己学习语言的秘诀~
When I was young, I started to learn English, I just watched a lot of movies. In Holland, when they show TV series on TV, it’s mostly in the original language. They don’t get Dutch. And I think that’s also why many Dutch people speak English very well, because they keep listening it. So to learn a new language, I think it’s just about listening and copying.
我小的时候就开始学英语了，看了很多电影。在荷兰，电视里播放的电视剧都是原版的，没有荷兰语的配音。我认为这也是许多荷兰人英语说得不错的原因，因为大家都在不断地听这门语言。所以我认为要学习一门新语言，关键在于听和模仿。
