早睡 Sleep Early

I feel really bad and decide to stop sleeping so late. I stop playing the computer game and have enough sleep. Now I feel so good. 
最近，在课堂上我感到很疲惫，因为我无法控制自己晚上玩一种新的电脑游戏。我睡得很晚。因此，我不能集中精力学习。我感觉非常糟糕，所以决定不睡那么晚了。我也不玩电脑游戏了，保证足够的睡眠。现在我感觉很好。
