这两天，大家应该都被周冬雨、易烊千玺主演的青春片《少年的你》(Better Days) 中的这句话刷屏了。
自上周五上映以来，该片票房已经迅速突破6亿，还花式承包了各路热搜。
目前在豆瓣上，超过28万人为这部电影打出了8.4的高分↓↓↓
不少观众在观影过后，都纷纷表示太好哭了，被这个彼此守护、相伴成长的故事感动到落泪。
但和大多数洋溢着甜蜜气息的校园青春片不同的是，《少年的你》更像是“撒在现实伤口上的一把盐巴”。
The highly anticipated Chinese teen drama film "Better Days" has net in over 600 million yuan at the box office since its release last Friday, and has also won an astonishingly high rate of 8.4 on popular film rating website Douban. Countless movie-goers have made the movie a trending topic across social media platforms, saying they can't help but be deeply touched.

陈念（周冬雨饰）性格内向，是学校里的优等生，努力复习、考上好大学是高三的她唯一的念头。同班同学的意外坠楼牵扯出一连串不为人知的故事，陈念也被一点点卷入其中……在她最孤独的时刻，一个叫小北（易烊千玺饰）的少年闯入了她的世界……
大多数人的18岁都是明媚、快乐的，而他们却在18岁的这个夏天感受到了不曾经历过的残酷。一场秘而不宣的“战斗”正在上演，他们将一起守护少年的尊严。

不得不说，影片中周冬雨和易烊千玺两位年轻演员的演技令人眼前一亮：少男少女之间的互动，也让很多人重拾起青涩的青春记忆。
但在面对成长过程中的种种阵痛时，一个眼神、一滴眼泪却胜过言语万千。
而青春片也是电影导演曾国祥善于讲述的题材，他也曾执导过《七月与安生》这样的佳作。
但这一次，他并没有着重描绘少女心事，而是将镜头对准了更深刻、更沉重的话题 —— 校园霸凌。
流言中伤、集体孤立、侮辱殴打……影片也让更多人看到了青春阴暗晦涩的另一面。
The teen drama, which is adapted from the well-known online novel "In His Youth, In Her Beauty", is one of the very few movies addressing school bullying. Starring award winning actress Zhou Dongyu and boy band TFBoys member Yi Yangqianxi, the story tells a touching relationship between two youngsters as victims of school bullying and how the issue shapes their fates.
世界各地都存在校园欺凌现象，联合国儿童基金会2018年9月发布的一份报告显示，在全球13至15岁的学生中，有一半人（约1.5亿）表示他们曾在校内外遭受过同伴暴力。
而这种情况国内也并不罕见。据最高人民法院下属的中国司法大数据服务网显示，2017年，全国各级人民法院审结校园暴力案件约800件，其中近一半涉及16-18岁的学生。
Sadly, there is bullying at school all over the world and it is not rare in China. About half of students between the ages of 13 and 15 worldwide, or 150 million of them, have been bullied in and around school.
According to the Supreme People’s Court’s China Justice Big Data Service Platform, Chinese courts heard almost 800 cases of school violence in 2017. Almost half of them involved students aged between 16 and 18.
近年来，14周岁以下未成年人严重暴力犯罪时有发生。其手段之残忍、性质之恶劣、危害之严重，令人震惊痛心。
最近，大连一则 “10岁女孩被13岁男孩杀害”的新闻引发关注， 让人愕然而沉重。
据@大连公安 24日通报，2019年10月20日19时许，公安机关接到报警，沙河口区发生一起故意杀人案，受害者某某（女，10岁）被害身亡。接警后，市公安局经连夜工作，于当日23时许，在走访调查中发现蔡某某（男，2006年1月出生，13岁）具有重大作案嫌疑。到案后，蔡某某如实供述其杀害某某的事实。
依据《刑法》第十七条第二款之规定，加害人蔡某某未满14周岁，未达到法定刑事责任年龄，依法不予追究刑事责任。同时，公安机关依据《刑法》第十七条第四款之规定，按照法定程序报经上级公安机关批准，于10月24日依法对蔡某某收容教养。
A 13-year-old boy in Dalian, Liaoning province, has confessed to killing a 10-year-old girl on Oct 20, local police said.
However, the boy, surnamed Cai, will not face criminal charges because he is not yet 14 - the age of criminal responsibility under China's Criminal law - the Dalian public security bureau said on Oct 24.
He was sent to a rehabilitation center that day, the police release said, without giving other details.
据《新京报》报道，10月27日，大连警方相关负责人就10岁女童被害一案回应新京报记者，目前对蔡某某采取的三年收容教养是法律框架内最严厉的措施。“案发后警方迅速行动，以最快的速度锁定了嫌疑人。在调查方面形成了非常完整的证据链。目前证实，案件由蔡某某一人所为，其父母并未参与，也不知情。”
The 13-year-old boy was sent to rehabilitation center for three years for killing the girl in Dalian, Northeast China's Liaoning province, the harshest punishment within the current legal system for a minor, local police told The Beijing News on Oct 27.
Police also confirmed that the killing was conducted by the boy himself, and his parents neither knew nor took part in it.
大连警方相关负责人称，根据法律，不满十六周岁不予刑事处罚的，责令他的家长或者监护人加以管教；在必要的时候，也可以由政府收容教养。期间，办案人员做了大量的取证工作，认定蔡某某的父母没有管教能力，蔡某某符合收容教养的条件。
According to the law, for criminals under 16 who will not face criminal charges, their parents or guardians should discipline them. They will be put into rehabilitation center if necessary.
The police believed Cai's parents don't have the ability to discipline him after collecting and reviewing evidence, thus deciding to send him to a rehabilitation center.
根据最高人民法院去年发布的《校园暴力司法大数据专题报告》，校园暴力案呈逐年下降趋势，2015年全国法院一审审结校园暴力案1000多件，2016年、2017年分别同比下降16.51%和13.37%。其中，11.59%的案件受害人死亡，但是每一起个案都让人揪心。
最近，两部关于未成年人的法律修订草案，引发社会广泛关注，被寄予了治本的厚望。
10月26日，十三届全国人大常委会第十四次会议举行分组审议，审议未成年人保护法修订草案和预防未成年人犯罪法修订草案。
The new draft revisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency have been reviewed by the 14th session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) standing committee.

Given that minors enjoy legal exemption from being prosecuted in a regular court of law even if they commit a serious crime, many wonder whether the lack of punishment for underage perpetrators is the reason behind the rising spate of violence in schools and other places.

修订草案还首次对学生欺凌作出定义，首次提出学校要建立欺凌防控制度，全流程把控风险。
The draft lists some specific measures to deal with such incidents. For instance, it requires schools to establish a mechanism to prevent school bullying, and report the situation to parents and guardians, and to cooperate with government officials to handle such incidents.
修订草案还规定了最有利于未成年人的原则，发现未成年人受侵害时强制报告制度，密切接触未成年人行业从业人员的准入资格等。
此外，修订草案增设“网络保护”一章，规定网络产品和服务提供者应当避免提供可能诱导未成年人沉迷的内容。
The draft minors' protection law includes a new chapter, "Internet Protection", extending the protection of minors from the real to the virtual world. Legislators have given a nod to a clause on the proper use of the internet by minors, which in some cases parents have denied, fearing that the cyber world is a distraction from academic activities.

小孩子无知无畏，社会不能听之任之。“你保护世界，我保护你”的少年意气固然可贵。但在一个法治社会，一部公平的法律该成为一剂预防药，也该是一副镇痛药。
呵护每一个少年，让青春充满阳光，社会有期待，国家也正在做出一系列行动。
